Shipping
Because of the size and weight of most of our products, we deliver within approximately 50km to 100km of 1 of our 3 store locations.
In most cases the cost of delivery is $50.00 provided it is within our normal delivery area. If you have any questions simply give us a call at the location closest to you and we can help you out.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because we deliver the goods ourselves simply call us and we will arrange a time to pick up the product that works for both of us.
You should expect to receive your refund at the time that the product is returned.
