TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS

April 2021 Update

During the Stay At Home Order we are still open for some of our services such as Cheque Cashing, Income Tax, Loans and other financial services, however the sale of items such as Mattresses, Furniture, Electronics and Appliances must be done on a curbside basis (either pickup or delivery).  We will do our best to make this as easy as possible.  Simply let us know what you are looking for and we will co-ordinate it with you.   Thanks for supporting a local business in these unusual times.

 

January 2021 Update

We remain open to serve you. I know many people are calling and wondering if we will be available at the end of the week or end of the month to cash cheques and do the rest of our services, and the good news is that yes we will. With the changes announced yesterday we are considered an essential service so baring additional government changes we will continue to be open.

We will however be changing our hours during the lockdown.

We will be open:

Mondays to Fridays’s 9 to 6
Saturdays 9 to 4
Sundays Closed

We will also be limiting the number of customers in the stores at any one time on busy days and we ask that you be patient during those times. We will do our best to get you in and out of the store as quickly as possible.

To exercise Social Distancing, we have marked off 6 foot distances on the main floor approaching the counter. Please respect each other’s space and maintain this distance.

We understand that some of our customers have been laid off as a result of COVID-19. Please know that we will do everything we can to help in this difficult time. If you are having difficulties meeting your obligations please just give the store you deal with a call so that we know what you are going through and can come up with a plan. Communication is the most important part.

If you would prefer to e-transfer your payments rather than come into the store you may e-transfer your payments.  Simply call the store and we will be happy to give you instructions on how to do this. 

 

For Payday Loan Customers

While we are unfortunately unable to do loans remotely, we can try and speed up the time it takes you in the store if you are able to email/scan your last 30 days of banking to the person working the day you are coming in. Simply call the store you deal with at the phone number below, and then you can email the paperwork to the person you speak with. Please keep in mind that while we will get your paperwork ready as soon as possible, the customers in the store will be taken care of first so please give us time to get things ready.

For Mac Frugal's Customers

Should you need a furniture, appliance, computer, or electronics item delivered, we are happy to get the item as close as the front steps of your home or apartment building, but we are unable to take the items inside your house.
